Despite our best intentions, things aren’t always perfect. That’s why we have a simple returns policy. Please feel free to contact us with any question about this policy at any time.

Civetta accepts items purchased on Civettala.com for exchange or credit within 10 days of confirmed delivery date. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging.

Specially crafted, customized, or sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Civetta is not responsible for return shipping costs.
